Where We Ship From
All orders are processed and shipped from Caledon, Ontario, Canada.
Processing Time
- Standard orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Custom or pre-order wigs may require 7 to 14 business days for processing before shipment — this will be noted on the product page if applicable.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Local Pickup (Caledon, Ontario)
We offer free local pickup for customers near Caledon, Ontario.
How Local Pickup Works:
- Select "Local Pickup" at checkout.
- Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification with pickup instructions.
- Pickup location details and available times will be provided in the email.
Note: Please wait for confirmation before arriving for pickup.
International Shipping
- We currently offer shipping across Canada, the U.S., and select international destinations.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
